Our firm was founded by Ivan Espinosa, a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Bookkeeper, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial management. Ivan has worked across multiple industries—including leadership roles in the U.S. oil and gas sector and international financial operations—giving him a deep understanding of how complex tax issues develop and how to resolve them correctly.
